I found this site from the Design Mom blog. I love these knit blankets! There are also hoodies and dresses made from the same material, so cute!

Childish

As always Maddox is a growing boy. It is time again to start buying him another round of clothes, especially pants (he is finally starting to lengthen!). I just made a pretty good dent over at Childish Clothing. They have really cute punk rock stuff.

(And how cute are these boys?! I love the hair cut on the bottom right.)

Cute Dress

This dress from ittikid is adorable! I can totally see it with some little tiny leggings and a ponytail. Kinda makes me want to have a girl!

Big Foot

h1 Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008

Ever since Maddox was a pea in my pod, my feet have been too big for my shoes. I haven’t given up all hope that they will go back to a 38.5, but the outlook is grim.

Shoes I’m drooling over today…

Bling

Tiffany & Co. just came out with these fancy new sunglasses. As one would expect no less from Tiffany – they feature “a round brilliant diamond in a sterling silver embellishment”. They do seem pretty snazzy, but with a price tag of $1,150, I’d rather have my diamonds on something that I can’t break, or won’t go out of style next season.

Haircut

I just stepped out of a salon…
Recently I re-watched The Devil Wears Prada, and it made me want bangs.
So, why not?

What an adorable little outfit!  Made in San Francisco too.

Fashion Blues

I’m going to a wedding soon and I’m on the search for an appropriate maternity dress.  I like this black one, but the store is only online and they don’t offer refunds on evening wear (only exchanges).  I guess they don’t want people wearing a dress once to an event, then returning it. I’m annoyed.  If I get it home and it doesn’t look good, then I’m stuck spending a stupid amount of money at some random “online boutique” on things I don’t want.  So thats out.

Another option is to try a dress like this:

This store offers full refunds.  As cute as the dress is, I’m not so sure I’ll look any good in it.  Aggh!  I hear people always saying how cute maternity clothes are these days.  And how maternity wear has come so far. These people obviously haven’t tried finding a cute, appropriate, AND flattering dress to wear to a black tie event.

Eeek!

mouseflats.jpg

Its “a mouse you want around the house, with metallic leather ears and nose and black bead eyes.”

I feel like I was the last person on earth to learn of these Marc by Marc Jacobs Mouse Flats. I may be behind the trend, but I love them just the same. I picked up a pair at our local Marc by Marc Jacobs store. They just happened to have one pair in my size. Fate.
